Returns Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are not offered. However, we want to make sure our customers are happy so we will work with you to rectify any defects or unforeseen problems. When you give a Tooth Fairy Treasure to a child you will be happy knowing that it is a keepsake that will be used and treasured for years to come. Tooth Fairy Treasure FAQs Q: How long does it take to complete an order? A: Each order takes approximately 2-3 weeks to be completed. Q: Can I send my own fabric and have you create a custom pillow to match my child’s existing decor? A: Yes, we would be happy to work with you on a custom order. Just email or give us a call and we’ll get the process started. Q: Can I send you fabric from the child’s room and have you select a coordinating fabric for me? A: Of course, we would be happy to help create the pillows for you. Please contact us via email or give us a call. Q: Do you provide fabric swatches? A: Yes, we can provide fabric swatches for a nominal fee ($3 per 5 fabric swatches plus shipping). Q: Can I cancel my order and receive a refund? A: Unfortunately, once we have received an order and started the production process, we are unable to issue refunds or accept cancellations. If, for some reason, you have a concern about your pillow, we will work with you to correct any concerns or problems. Keeping our customers happy is a priority! Shipping Domestic Shipping CaLi Lilly ships by USPS Priority Mail for any order totaling $100 or less. For orders greater than $100, we will ship via UPS Ground. International shipping At this time we do not have standard international shipping rates in place.
